The studio is in the Colinas do Atlântico neighbourhood, on a quiet residential street. Close enough to walk into the village, far enough to sleep in silence.
World Surfing Reserve beaches
Ribeira d'Ilhas, Matadouro and Foz do Lizandro a few minutes away by car. Waves for beginners and for more experienced surfers.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. If you need different times, just ask — we try to be flexible depending on availability.
How do I get the keys and the exact address?
The exact address comes in the confirmation email, as soon as we receive your payment (deposit or full amount). Entry instructions, including the door code, are emailed the day before arrival, once the stay is fully paid.
How many people does the studio sleep?
It's a comfortable studio for up to 2 guests, with a double bed.
Can I bring pets? Is smoking allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is also not permitted indoors.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in, with a full refund of everything you have paid. After that, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. The full terms are on the Booking Policy page.
How does payment work?
You can pay a 25% deposit or the full amount at the time of booking, securely (card, MB WAY, Apple Pay or Google Pay). If you pay only the deposit, the rest is requested by email 3 days before check-in, with a payment link. Bookings made 3 days or less before check-in are paid in full straight away.
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes, free Wi-Fi. Parking is on the street, free and subject to availability — usually easy to find in the area.
